- Prepare a custom-tailored packet of information for you, hard copy and email, of properties that match your search criteria and best buys in our current market place
- Create tours for you that include only properties that match your specific parameters, requirements, needs and preferences
- Present you with enough property choices and sold data so that you can determine the best value for your purchase
- Communicate with you as often as necessary in the mode of your choosing, to best keep you apprised of newly listed properties and all pricing reductions
- Prepare a market value comparison for the properties in which you have interest
- Negotiate your purchase to obtain the best and lowest price and with your preferred terms
- Assist in ordering inspections and with all matters of due diligence
- Attend all meetings and necessary on-site inspections with you or on your behalf
- Assist with your loan process, if necessary, as you may wish
- Coordinate all steps in the closing process on your behalf with the Title Company, lender, if any, and all agencies for a smooth and timely closing
- Schedule final walk throughs and inspections and attend with or on your behalf
- Review all of the documents with you throughout the transaction process Represent you and attend the closing with you
- Provide you with a binder containing all documents pertaining to your transaction
- Follow up with you post-closing
- Provide you with a resource guide for areas professional services, shopping and providers
- Following closing, maintain correspondence to update you as to comparable sold properties
