I have lived in beautiful Jackson Hole, Wyoming for 13 years. A used book store owner here in for 11 years, a potter, and a lover of architecture I now apply my senses to finding the perfect home or property for my buyers which is not unlike finding a rare first edition book! I practice the art of listening and the science of diligence in determining what it is that is going to make my clients happy and satisfied with their real estate purchase. My focus is solely on the Jackson Hole area, the gateway to Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. I look forward to being your partner in your quest for joyful living in Jackson Hole!

Why You Need A Buyer's Agent

There are many fantastic homes, ranches and properties in Jackson Hole. A real estate transaction can be very complicated.

As your advocate I will:

Search and Find You a Property: Time is money. As your Buyer's Agent I will locate, preview and evaluate properties for you based on your desires. We will view properties in an orderly manner and you time will not be wasted.

Negotiate: As your exclusive Buyer's Agent there will be no conflict of interest. Owing you my complete loyalty and fidelity, you are assured of confidentiality and my best efforts in obtaining for you the best price and terms on your Jackson Hole dream. AS YOUR ADVOCATE I WILL LOOK OUT FOR YOUR BEST INTERESTS.

Facilitate the Transaction: I will set timelines (time is of the essence!) facilitate property inspections and final walk through, and I will be at the closing. I will work closely with the seller's agent to insure A SMOOTH TRANSACTION.

AND:The Seller Pays my Commission! Unless otherwise negotiated I charge Buyers nothing for my services. The seller of the property pays my commission.
