- Prepare a specialized information packet or email of properties that exactly meet your parameters.
- Tour only properties matched to your specific requirements, needs and taste.
- Present you with enough properties so you can best determine a value for your purchase.
- Communicate with you as often as necessary to keep you completely apprised of newly listed properties.
- Prepare a market value for the properties in which you have an interest.
- Negotiate your purchase.
- Assist in ordering inspections with follow through on all information.
- Assist with the loan process.
- Coordinate with the Title Company, lender and all agencies for a smooth and timely closing.
- Schedule walkthroughs and final inspections.
- Review all of your documents.
- Represent you at closing.
- Follow up with you after closing.
- Provide a resource guide for area services, shopping and professional providers.
- Maintain correspondence to update you as to other comparable property closings.
